ILP "Participation" - LinkedIn Learning
For the ILP project I decided to complete a LinkedIn Learning course. I picked the course called "Improving Your Focus" by Dave Crenshaw. The main goal of the course was learning how to protect and grow your personal focus. I found the course very helpful in providing tips to complete these goals and they were also very practical tips. This meaning that there was no need to buy any specific and expensive product that would magically improve your focus.
Hey Amber! Wonderful job on completing your independent learning project! I love that you did the participation ILP. I did the design ILP, so this shows me what I have to look forward to! It sounds like you learned a lot based off of the information you have shared on your voice thread, and I think that is so awesome! I also could learn more about how to improve my focus, so maybe I'll check out this LinkedIn tutorial as well. Thank you so much for showing us your creative process, Amber!
